DIX Beta Rewards — Official Rules

Effective date: June 2026 · Applies to each monthly edition of the giveaway until withdrawn or modified per Section 10.

1. What this is

DIX Beta Rewards is a monthly promotional giveaway run by DixSystem (Spain) to encourage real-world testing and word-of-mouth for DIX. Each month, DixSystem gives away one (1) lifetime DIX license (Linux or Windows, winner's choice) to one qualifying participant.

This promotion is independent from, and not linked in any way to, DIX Atlas. Atlas data is collected anonymously and is never used to verify, select, or contact participants in this promotion. See Privacy Policy, Section 5.

2. No purchase necessary

    Entering this promotion is always free. None of the three entry methods in Section 3 requires buying anything. Referring friends (method B) may generate sales for those friends, but the participant referring them pays nothing to enter.
  

3. How to enter

Any one of the following, completed during the calendar month of the edition you want to enter, qualifies you. You do not need to complete more than one.

A — Share your result. Publish a real DIX score (before/after) on X, Instagram, or TikTok, publicly, tagging @DixSystem and using the hashtag #DixBeta.
B — Refer friends. Request your unique referral discount code from hello@dixsystem.com. If three (3) or more distinct customers complete a purchase using your code within the month, you qualify.
C — Make a video. Publish any public video (review, tutorial, reaction, or other format) that discusses DIX, tagging @DixSystem.

Entries must be public and remain accessible for DixSystem to verify them until the winner is announced. Private accounts, deleted posts, or posts removed before verification do not qualify.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.
Employees or contractors of DixSystem and their immediate family members may not participate.
One winner per household per edition, regardless of how many entries that household submits.
Open internationally, subject to local laws. It is your responsibility to confirm this promotion is lawful in your jurisdiction before entering.

5. Prize

One (1) lifetime DIX license, for the platform (Linux or Windows) chosen by the winner. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product, and has no cash value. If the winner already owns a license, DixSystem will upgrade or extend it at no cost, at the winner's request.

6. Winner selection and notification

At the end of each calendar month, DixSystem compiles every qualifying entry received during that month. One winner is selected using a public, verifiable random draw (e.g. random.org with a publicly shared seed and entry list). The draw and the winner's handle are announced publicly on DixSystem's official channels within seven (7) days of the month's end.

The winner is contacted via the same public channel where they entered (reply, mention, or comment). If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being contacted, DixSystem may select an alternate winner from the same month's qualifying entries.

7. Verification and disqualification

DixSystem reserves the right to verify any entry and to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, fake, automated, or that violate the platform's own terms of service (e.g. purchased engagement, fake accounts, coordinated code abuse). Referral codes are checked against DixSystem's own sales records (Section 3, method B); social posts and videos are checked manually for public visibility and authenticity.

8. Data collected

DixSystem only collects the public handle/username used to enter and, for winners, an email address to deliver the license. This data is used solely to run and verify this promotion and is deleted no later than ninety (90) days after the edition ends, except for the winner's record, kept for the lifetime of their license. You may request access, correction, or erasure of your data at any time by contacting privacy@dixsystem.com, in accordance with GDPR.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DixSystem is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, including but not limited to issues with third-party platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon Squeezy) used to enter or verify entries. DixSystem is not responsible for entries lost due to platform outages, account suspensions, or connectivity issues outside its control.

10. Changes and withdrawal

DixSystem may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time, effective for future editions, by updating this page and announcing the change on its official channels. Changes do not affect a winner already selected under the rules in effect at the time of their edition.

11. Governing law

This promotion is governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
